There are available positions and your contribution will be most appreciated.

To be held at Brinsley Village Hall, Cordy Lane, Brinsley, Nottingham. NG16 5BY

As per Rule No. 10.
All items for the agenda must be received in writing by the Secretary at least 21 days prior to the date of the meeting. 7th March 2012
As per Rule No. 7.
Nominations for election to the committee to be with the secretary, in writing, 28 days prior to the date of the meeting, together with the nominees letter of willingness to stand. All new nominees to the committee, to be current fully paid up members of three years continuous membership at the time of the proposal.   29th February 2012
The AGM Agenda to be sent out to all members of “The Club” at least 14 days prior to the meeting. 14th March 2012
  
As members of the MDC you are entitled to attend the AGM as a matter of course. We would urge all fully paid up members to attend. Those who have held membership for less than 6 months cannot vote but can contribute to discussion.
Membership subscriptions become renewable on the 1st of January of each year.
All members must be fully paid up for the current year to attend the AGM.
On payment of your subs the membership Secretary will send  a letter of acknowledgement, please bring this along with you.
